Obama-Biden Plotting 2nd Stimulus?

   Vice President Joe Biden says on ABC News today that the administration initially didn't grasp the severity of the recession. "We misread how bad the economy was, but we are now only about 120 days into the recovery package," he said, according to this AP report. Biden said it is premature to say whether America needs a second stimulus package. Then why even broach the subject? Sounds like somebody's setting the table. Interestingly enough, New Hampshire state Sen. Lou D'Allesandro, D-Manchester, said on NHPR a week ago that the economy is so bad that a second stimulus package may be necessary.
